  We have been a customer for 7 years. No more. Driver could not figure out how to use the gate code, called #1 Wok and asked if they could call driver and relay gate code. She refused and became very rude. I walked to gate and showed driver how to open for next time. Unfortunately, there will be no "next time". Too many Chinese Restaurant options to settle for poor customer service. By the way, went to website to complain privately, but that does not work either. Good Riddance!!
